Small to medium websites, MVPs, defined feature sets
Time & Materials
Best for evolving projects where scope may change. You pay for actual hours worked at an agreed rate.
Large platforms, long-term products, ongoing feature work
Monthly Retainer
Best for ongoing support, maintenance, and continuous improvement. You get a dedicated team on standby.

Standard Terms & Conditions
These terms form the foundation of every engagement. We believe clarity builds trust.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all source code, designs, databases, and intellectual property are transferred to you. We set up repositories under your accounts so you have full ownership and access from day one.
Confidentiality & NDA
We sign mutual NDAs before any discovery conversations. Your ideas, business data, and project details remain confidential. This is a standard part of every engagement.
Payment Schedule
Typically structured as 30% upfront, 40% at mid-project milestone, and 30% upon delivery. For longer projects, we structure payments per monthly sprint. All payments are transparent and milestone-based.
Scope Changes
If you request new features mid-project, we provide a change order with updated cost and timeline for your approval. We never add costs or delay timelines without your explicit sign-off.
Warranty & Support
All projects include a 30-day post-launch warranty covering bug fixes and performance issues at no extra cost. Extended maintenance plans are available thereafter.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. You retain all work completed up to the termination date. No lock-in contracts.
